COVID Protocols

Like our office protocols, US Assure employees and their guest should confirm the status of their health prior to attending the Summertime Social. Please review the six statements outlined in the Daily Health Confirmation sheet. If you are unable to answer yes to all six, you should not attend our event.

Employees and their guest should follow social distancing best practices while at the social, including but not limited to:

• Maintain six feet of distance between your party (you and your guest) and other attendees.
• Face masks are optional and are suggested to use if you're unable to maintain six feet of distance between your party (you and your guest) and other attendees.
• Avoid physical contact with others outside of your party (shaking hands, sharing drinks, etc.).

Additionally, face coverings are optional for Wicked Barley staff members. Food stations will be spaced around the outdoor area and served by restaurant employees. Single use utensils, condiments and cups will be available for use.
