Eligibility: Policies to Palm Trees Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to licensed insurance agencies and brokerages doing business with US Assure in the United States through a direct or brokerage agreement that enter during the enrollment period by completing and submitting at least one online entry form on this site. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

How to Enter: The Giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on this site. The entry must fulfill all contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of US Assure. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of US Assure.

After completing the official entry form on behalf of your organization, an email notification will be sent to each contact in US Assure's database for your office of entry. Upon the receipt of this notification, members of the registered office are then qualified to earn entries for the Giveaway. Entries in the drawing are earned by submitting and issuing builders risk new business with US Assure during the contest period. Entry is free to insurance offices.

Sweepstakes Period: Enrollment begins on or about May 1, 2019, and ends July 31, 2019, 11:59 p.m. Eastern time. Eligible entries consist of builders risk new business accounts valued up to $75 million and submitted or issued through US Assure from May 1, 2019, to July 31, 2019, 11:59 p.m. Eastern time.

Rules: During the giveaway period, US Assure will track builders risk new business submissions and policies issued through its exclusive builders risk program insured by Zurich. Eligible, unique agency offices are entered into the drawing once for every submission and three times for every policy issued during the giveaway period. Applications submitted prior to the giveaway period, but issued during the giveaway period will receive the same credit for issued policies.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein and are authorized to enter your office. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of US Assure as final and binding as it relates to the Giveaway. Participating organizations and individuals acknowledge that they may be subject to certain compensation disclosure requirements or regulation and agree to abide by those directives, including disclosure of receipt of this benefit, if applicable.

Prizes: Winners will receive roundtrip airfare to Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida for two, beachfront resort accommodations for up to three nights at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, choice of fishing excursion, resort golf, tennis or spa experience. Travel dates not subject to change. Recipients are responsible for expenses and travel arrangements to their local airport that occur prior to arriving in Jacksonville, Florida, and transportation back from their local airport after the roundtrip flight. Giveaway includes the following three nights: Friday, October 18, 2019; Saturday, October 19, 2019; and Sunday, October 20, 2019.

By submitting an entry form, the office is acknowledging eligibility to accept and award the package to a builders risk representative(s) available to participate in the package giveaway on the select dates should their office win. The prize(s) that may be awarded to the eligible winner(s) are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. Lodging, entertainment and other accommodations subject to availability and may change without notice. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for US Assure to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification: At the end of the Giveaway period, US Assure will conduct a random drawing with unique office locations that submit at least one builders risk new business application valued up to $75 million. Five unique office locations located in the United States will win the Giveaway. US Assure will notify each winning office within one week of the Giveaway close date. Selection of the representatives from the winning offices to claim the Giveaway prize is at the sole discretion of those authorized to make such a selection.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within five days from the time award notification was first initiated, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless US Assure and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
